New clients always begin with a 90 minute custom treatment which includes a consultation to assess your skin type, concerns, and goals. From there, we create a personalized plan to give your skin exactly what it needs. New client in-person treatments are currently available only by referral.

Absolutely! Our clientele is very diverse, however we do not service teens under the age of 18 anymore. Treatment options are designed to address all adult skin types, tones and conditions. Whether you’re dealing with acne, hyperpigmentation, inflammation, signs of aging or just want a radiant glow, Rochelle takes a tailored approach to suit your unique needs.

This depends on the condition of your skin and the type of treatment performed. Most clients notice changes in the texture, tone and radiance of their skin after the first in-person session. For higher grades of acne, deep set wrinkles or stubborn hyperpigmentation, these conditions require consistent and strategic care to “train” the skin. It can take 3-6 months or more to produce significant changes, and Rochelle always makes sure to set realistic expectations from the beginning. Photos are taken at each appointment to track the progress of your skin and make adjustments as needed. It’s important to keep in mind that changes can be measured following each cell renewal cycle, about every 30 days.

Come as you are! Ideally wearing something comfortable is preferred. Any treatment over 90 minutes include the neck + decollate, and you will be provided a spa wrap.

New clients must book an Initial Consultation which takes place over Google Chat or Facetime. Rochelle will discuss your current product usage, lifestyle habits, health history and overall goals. A follow up email will include a recap of your discussion, a new routine and any product or supplement recommendations.

Email and/or text follow ups are free of charge for 6 months following your initial consult. Virtual Follow-Ups are reserved for returning clients past the 6 month mark in need of new products and routine guidelines.

Yes! Gift cards can be used for both services and product purchases. Since our website and gift card systems are separate, please reach out with your gift card number and we'll provide you with a code to use at checkout.

Absolutely! You are welcome to purchase any products (except DMK) directly through the shop. However, having a thoughtfully crafted routine with professional guidance will always lead to the best results and eliminates the guesswork.

DMK products are considered home prescriptions and are not available to purchase directly online. If you’d like to order DMK, please contact us directly for a private payment link. Consultations are required for new clients.

Unfortunately not right now – shipping is only available in the U.S.

Orders are shipped USPS priority mail within 72 hours of receipt, Tuesday through Friday. Additional insurance is included if needed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Pick up orders are available Tuesday through Friday 11:30am - 6:30pm. You will always receive email updates and tracking info.
