Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This policy is to ensure my schedule stays available to those who are serious about keeping their appointments. I understand emergencies happen and am happy to discuss further if this is the case. The details: Last minute cancellations, reschedules or no-shows will be charged the first time for 50% of the service fee. Anytime thereafter, you will be charged for 100% of the service fee.
If you arrive late to your appointment, I will do as much as possible in the time remaining, but the treatment will be completed at the original time scheduled. My clients have always been appreciative to begin their facial treatments on time, and I strictly adhere to these policies to be respectful of everyone’s schedule.
Credit Card Usage & Ways to Pay
Clients must have a valid credit card on file in order to book an appointment. All cards are vaulted securely in the Square payment system.
Clients using a card at checkout will be expected to pay a 2.5% fee applicable to the total amount (ex. A $125 facial will include a $3.12 fee to use a card)

As much as I love kids and furry friends, please leave them at home unless you require a service animal
I am adamant about providing an extra clean environment for for the sake of everyones health. I ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment in the appropriate time frame if you do not feel well or have any kind of contagious infection.
Sanitization and Sterilization
Sanitization is a top priority at The Modern Ü. I work with professional medical grade disinfectants, sanitizers, sterilants, and other chemicals to clean all implements, equipment, and surfaces. Implements are never reused before they are thoroughly disinfected.
All linens are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. If at any time an item cannot be thoroughly cleaned after use it is disposed of.
Medical history forms must be filled out by all clients prior to your Initial Custom Treatment. This information is collected in order to ensure I have a clear understanding of your medical history, medications, active topicals being used, allergies, and recent surgeries. This will enable me to clearly identify any contraindications to treatments or products. The goal is to always ensure you are an optimal candidate for treatment(s) and to identify if a treatment needs to be altered to suit your needs. Your health and safety is top priority – therefore it is mandatory to fill out all required forms and to be 100% honest in all answers. All medical information will be kept confidential and I abide by all privacy laws.
Clients under the age of 18 must get consent from their parents or guardian prior to their first service, or have their parents present at the Initial Custom Treatment. Clients under 15 years of age must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
The Modern Ü does not assume liability for lost or forgotten personal items.
Method of Payment
I accept Cash, all major credit cards, Zelle and Venmo. No checks, please.
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of treatments.
Treatment and product pricing is subject to change at any time.
Specials/Promo/Sales can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates and online vouchers.
Packages (series of treatments) are available for purchase in-person only and may be applied to your treatment on the same day.
Package Return Policy
I am unable to refund payment of a treatment package or series once it has been purchased. However, I will provide a credit of equal value for future use.
Product Return Policy
I do not accept returns or give refunds on products sold from The Modern Ü. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to me and if you find that a product is damaged, defected or simply irritating your skin, please notify me within 7 days of purchase and I will be happy to find a solution for you!
