Feeling extra dry lately?
There’s only so much we can apply topically to help dull, dry skin. Skincare is an inside job as much as it’s an outside one! Add more healthy fats to your diet, such as avocado, fish, nuts, flax, olive and coconut oil. EAT your water… things like watermelon and cucumber have high water content and will be more readily absorbed by the body than just drinking it. Taking a fish oil supplement ain’t a bad idea either!
